Plasterers move into Bond’s Mill premises

Two plasterers took the plunge, teamed up and rented new space in Bond’s Mill in Stonehouse.

Rich Fletcher and Clive Noble, now known as Stroud Machine Plastering Ltd, have an office and a two-year lease shop on the Robert Hitchins Ltd. industrial estate. accepted.

The couple worked together for 11 years, each with their own company, Rich as NW Plastering of Stonehouse and Clive as CA Noble Plastering Services of Stroud.

“Because of our growing workload and our team of five, we decided to establish ourselves as Stroud Machine Plastering Ltd and find office and warehouse facilities,” said Rich.

“The Bond’s Mill premises are perfect – close the M5 with great facilities like parking and a coffee shop. We really enjoy being part of the vibrant local business community and have already found mutual business among the many other tenants.

“We have not only invested in machines that apply colored plaster on the outside, but also in some new machines that we can use to spray interior plaster. This is something pretty exclusive in Gloucestershire. ”

Robert Hitchins’ Helen Hawke was delighted to welcome the plasterers to Bond’s Mill, which is next to the Stroudwater Canal.

“This is the third new tenant to join Bond’s Mill this year, which increases the variety and number of businesses on site,” she said.

“Part of Bond’s Mill’s ethos has always been to accommodate start-up and expansion companies. With offices currently available between 200 and 5,000 square feet, there is an opportunity for them to grow locally and then either move.”
